"b) The inside of the analysis laboratory in which the equipment is installed shall be usually maintained at 22 °C to 25 °C in temperature of which the variation is ±1 °C and at not more than 6o % in relative humidity. However, this shall not apply to the case where the spectroscope has the built-in constant-temperature mechanism and the in- sulation resistance of the electric circuit of the equipment is sufficiently large with re- spect to the humidity."
