This volume constitutes the pre-proceedings of the 28th International Workshop on Functional and Logic Programming (WFLP 2020), organized by the University of Bologna, Italy, as part of Bologna Federated Conference on Programming Languages 2020. The international Workshop on Functional and (constraint) Logic Programming (WFLP) aims at bringing together researchers, students, and practitioners interested in functional programming, logic programming, and their integration.
