IV 引 言
本文件是在国际广泛接受的塑料可回收设计的基础上,结合国内现有的收集、分选、物理回
收和加工再生方式而制定。
本文件针对塑料包装制品消费后的塑料废弃物不易回收和不易再生的现状,提出了塑料包装
制品的易回收、易再生的设计技术要求和再生料添加比例的要求,规定了评价方法。旨在积极鼓励通过上游设计,以易再生为优先原则促进塑料包装制品闭环循环及其再生料的高值化利用。

1 范围
本文件规定了“塑料包装制品易回收易再生设计”(简称“双易设计”)的分类、设计要求、
评价方法、评价结果和报告。
本文件适用于以热塑性塑料为主要原料制成的塑料包装制品的双易设计及评价。

3 术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

拆分 disassemble
通过人工或机械方式将废弃塑料包装制品拆卸、解体或分离成若干组件,以便于后续回收再
利用的过程。
3.2
单材化 monolitization
将材料或结构中对回收过程经济性和(或)回收料质量产生负面影响的组分限制在一定范围
和比例的过程。
