1稻烟轮作主要病虫害绿色防控技术规程
1范围
本文件规定了稻烟轮作主要病虫害绿色防控的防控原则、防控对象、预测预报、农业防治、理化诱
控、生态调控、生物防治、化学防治以及农药使用档案。
本文件适用于稻烟轮作主要病虫害的绿色防控。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
3.1
稻烟轮作rice-tobaccorotation
在同一田块前后茬分别种植烟草和水稻的耕种方式。
3.2
绿色防控greenprotectionandcontrol
采取生态调控、农业防治、生物防治、理化诱控和科学用药等技术和方法,将病虫害危害损失控制
在允许水平,并实现农产品质量安全的植物保护措施。

24防控原则
坚持“预防为主、综合防治”的植保方针,按照“因地制宜、突出重点、分类防控、协同治理”的
原则,融合推进全程绿色防控与统防统治,高效控制稻烟轮作主要病虫害,确保水稻和烟草生产安全、
产品质量安全和农田生态安全。
5防控对象
5.1主要害虫
5.1.1烟草害虫
烟蚜(Myzuspersicae)、烟青虫(Heliothisassulta)、斜纹夜蛾(Spodopteralitura)和小地老虎(Agrotis
ipsilon)。
5.1.2水稻害虫
二化螟(Chilosuppressalis)、稻飞虱(褐飞虱(Nilaparvatalugens)和白背飞虱(Sogatellafurcifera))
和稻纵卷叶螟(Cnaphalocrocismedinalis)。
5.2主要病害
5.2.1烟草病害
烟草病毒病(烟草普通花叶病毒病(Tobaccomosaicvirus)、黄瓜花叶病毒病(Cucumbermosaic
virus)、马铃薯Y病毒病(PotatovirusY))、黑胫病(Phytophthoraparasiticavar.nicotianae)、青枯病
(Ralstoniapseudosolanacearum)、赤星病(Alternariaalternata)和野火病(Pseudomonassyringaepv.
tabaci)。
5.2.2水稻病害
水稻稻瘟病(Magnaportheoryzae)、水稻纹枯病(Rhizoctoniasolani)、水稻稻曲病(Ustilaginoidea
oryzae)和南方水稻黑条矮缩病(Southernriceblack-streakeddwarfvirus)。
6病虫害预测预报
根据稻烟轮作历年主要病虫害发生情况及调查基数,结合品种布局、耕作栽培特点及气象情况,参
照GB/T15790、GB/T15791、GB/T15792
