电镀工业园区废水处理站与回用设计 摘要：本文是对规模5500m"/d的某开发区PCB产业园线路板、电镀企业产生 的电镀、线路板废水进行排放处理与回用的工程设计。相比其他工业废水，电镀 废水中铬、镍等重金属离子及氰含量高，是最难处理的工业废水之一。本文根据 电镀废水水质复杂，且含有多种金属离子，其成分难以控制的特点，采用分质处 理的方法，使出水水质达到国家标准，最终废水接入市政污水管网纳管排放。设 计的污水处理厂，总投资1371.25万元，运行费用14268.8元/天，占地约2504m²， 处理成本2.575元/立方米。 关键词：电镀废水；废水处理；分类收集 1 The design of wastewater treatment and reuse project for Electroplating Industrial Park Abstract: The paper makes the wastewater discharged and reused treatment project design based on the circuit board of PCB industrial park and electroplating enterprises , whose inflow is 5500m3/d. To compare with other industrial wastewater, the high contents of chromium, nickel and other heavy metal ions and cyanide makes electroplating wastewater is difficult to be treated. Different methods were used to treat wastewater according to their compositions because of the complex quality, high content of metal ions and uncontrollability of composition. Then decontaminate duct when the quality of sewage treatment plant with a total investment of 13.7125 million yuan, the operation cost 14268.8 yuan pear day, covering area of 2504m2, treatment cost 2.575yuan per cubic meter.
